Cleaning Instructions
All products are considered works of art and should be hand washed gently with a mild soap.
On the jeweled glassware, please do not immerse the entire glass in water. You can use glass cleaner if you choose to display it.
Shipping Policies
We ship to the address you provide when filling out your order. We are happy to ship items as gifts and will include a personal card. In the “Note to Sellers” section, please write your card when you are checking out. We use various methods to ship including, USPS, UPS and FedEx.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your jeweled wine glasses. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your glasses. We will refund your money upon the return of the item(s) in it’s original condition. Buyer pays shipping cost and it must be insured plus a 20% restocking fee. Please do not return any merchandise without contacting us for an RA (return authorization). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If items are not claimed within 7 days we will not be able to store your merchandise and will dispose of it.
Sometimes accidents do happen and in the rare case that your order is damaged, please contact Making Magical Memories And More within 48 hours to file a claim. In order to file a claim, you must have proof and the best way to do this is to take a picture of the damage. Do not throw away any packaging materials. The information including the tracking # will be on the label. Without the required information we cannot file a claim.

Payment Information
Payments submitted in connection with the Services must be made via the Services by credit, debit card, or through alternate payment methods (such as PayPal) where such alternate payment methods are made available as an option. Please note that alternate payment methods may be provided by third parties subject to that third party’s privacy policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third party’s collection and use of your information. Please review the applicable third party’s privacy policy. With regard to credit and debit card payment, all credit and debit card information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor. We do not directly access, handle, or store your credit or debit card information. To submit payment using the Services, you will need to provide us with your contact information (e.g., name, address, email address, telephone number), and your credit or debit card information to our payment processors. Our payment processor will use your credit and debit card information in accordance with its privacy policy.
